- The research is now more showing that developing and practicing certain mindsets and skills helps strengthen our immune system.
- So, when we develop a more flexible trained mindset this helps us with what the researchers refer to as stress hardiness and or resilience. This, in turn, increases the quality of our experience and often the quality of our outcomes.
