Resiliency Games
Crossword and Word Puzzles,
There are more to come as they are developed.
The purpose of them is to start conversations between kids, youth and adults about energy management. What does it mean to have different energy styles, how much we each understand ourselves and others, how do we create some common language between adults and kids to better communicate wants, needs and outcomes on all sides.
Resiliency is built through: Awarness of self and of others.
It all starts with mindfulness, coupled with skills and a mindset of practising to gain self mastery that can make the difference!
